René Guénon.

René Guénon (15. november 1886 - 7. januar 1951) var en fransk religionsfilosof og metafysiker, forfatter av en rekke innflytelsesrike bøker om tradisjonell religion og philosophia perennis. Réne Guénon er regnet som grunnleggeren av Den tradisjonelle skolen og har utøvd en betydelig innflytelse på senere tilhengere av philosophia perennis, der den sveitsiske religionshistorikeren Frithjof Schuon (Isa Nur al-din) er den mest betydningsfulle.
